Rushika Joshi

Rushika Joshi is an ADCS Engineer I at Dhruva Space, focusing on the development of Attitude Determination and Control (ADC) and Attitude Control Systems (ACS) for satellites since June 2023. Previously, Joshi served as an ADCS Consultant at IvLabs, VNIT, from March 2020 to May 2023, working on various robotics, controls, and drones projects, mentoring students, and conducting technical workshops. In 2022, Joshi was a Research Intern at the Indian Institute of Science, where skills were applied in designing a morphing quadrotor, developing control architecture, and optimizing flight control algorithms. Joshi also contributed to the Mars Society South Asia as a member of Team Rouge Rover, focusing on autonomous rover systems for Mars exploration. Joshi holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, completed in 2023.
