Amy Roddy has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Amy is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Diamond Offshore since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Independent Consultant for a Confidential Client from January 2022 to August 2022. Before that, Amy held the position of Co-Head of Integration at Noble Drilling from April 2021 to October 2021, where they successfully led a cross-functional integration project and implemented improvement initiatives. Amy also worked at Pacific Drilling (NYSE: PACD) for a significant period, starting as the Director of Investor Relations in 2011 and eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of Corporate Services. Amy Roddy holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, which they obtained in 2001. Amy continued their education at Northwestern University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Kellogg School of Management in 2007. During their time at Northwestern University, they also pursued a degree in Engineering Management, completing their Master of Engineering Management (MEM) in 2007.
