Catherine Bosma

Catherine Bosma is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner, Corporate at Diamond Offshore since August 2022, where strategic HR solutions are delivered to senior leaders across corporate functions. Previously, Catherine held various HR roles at Valaris Limited, including Senior HR Business Partner for Operations, managing Deepwater Operations in the Gulf of Mexico and Mexico, and HR Business Partner II for Corporate functions. Catherine began the HR career as a Recruitment Consultant at Airswift, specializing in full cycle recruiting for the oil and gas industry.
