Gaines Myer

Gaines Myer is currently serving as the Infrastructure Strategy/Planning Supervisor at Diamondback Energy since September 2024. Prior to this role, Gaines held various positions at Endeavor Energy Resources, LP from January 2018 to September 2024, including Projects Strategy/Planning Manager and Production Engineer Supervisor, overseeing production acreage and managing a team of engineers. Additional experience includes roles such as Sr. Technical Engineer, where implementation of ProdView was a notable achievement, and Facilities Engineer, responsible for the management of SWD water takeaway pipelines. Gaines began their career at Halliburton as a Field Engineer in Production Enhancement PSL and holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering with a Minor in Business from Texas A&M University, as well as pursuing an MBA in Energy & Finance at Texas Christian University.
