Leo Guillén, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, GPHR has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and industries. Leo began their career at Carland Auto, where they served as the Office & Human Resources Manager from 2010 to 2014, and later as the Assistant Business Manager from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Walmart Distribution Center as the Human Resources Office Manager & Training Manager. Leo then moved to Macy's, where they worked as the Multi-Store Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are employed at Diamondback Energy, where they have held multiple positions, starting as the Human Resources Advisor - HRBP in 2018, then progressing to Senior Human Resources Advisor - HRBP from 2019 to 2022. Leo's current role is the Human Resources Manager - HRBP at Diamondback Energy, a position they have held since 2022.

Leo holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
