Ben Plomion has worked in a variety of roles in the technology and finance industries since 2000. Ben began their career at Thales Digital Identity and Security (formerly Gemalto) as a Sales & Marketing Associate, followed by Marketing Manager and then Business Development Manager. In 2006, they joined GE Capital as an MBA Intern for e-Commerce & New Product Introduction. Ben then joined GE Money Bank as Manager of Digital Initiatives and was part of the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program in Marketing & Business Development. From 2011 to 2015, Ben was with Chango (now Magnite) as Director of Marketing and Partnerships and VP of Marketing. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at GumGum as SVP of Marketing, Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Growth Officer. Most recently, they joined Dibbs as Chief Marketing Officer in 2022. Throughout their career, Ben has been responsible for creating value for partners, developing go-to-market strategy, managing marketing communications, user acquisition and lifecycle marketing.

Ben Plomion obtained their Bachelor of Business degree from TBS Education in 2000, majoring in International Business. Ben then completed an MBA Exchange Program at the University of Melbourne in 2004. In 2005, they started their MBA at McGill University, with a concentration in Marketing, which they completed in 2007. Ben then obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from New York University in 2009. Most recently, they obtained a Certificate in ALIGN Sales & Strategy from Harvard Business School in 2021.
