Luís Ribeiro

Luís Ribeiro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in agile methodologies, project management, and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Project Excellence at diconium, Luís contributes strategic insights while coaching teams of Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Project Managers, and mentoring at the "Agile from the Trenches" meetup in Lisbon. Previous roles include Scrum Master at Critical TechWorks and Project Manager at BNP Paribas Cardif, focusing on implementing agile frameworks and fostering high-performance teams. With a strong foundation in technical expertise, Luís has held positions in various organizations, ranging from an R&D Projects Technical Manager to a Software Developer, and has also contributed to academia as a teacher in computer science-related subjects. Luís holds a Master's degree in Data Mining and a degree in Computer Science from Instituto Superior Técnico.
