Monika Elling

Monika Elling has extensive experience in board governance, currently serving as a Board Member for X Shore, Didner & Gerge, and Fjärde AP-fonden (AP4) since 2023, 2022, and 2020 respectively, along with a long-standing role as Ordförande at Talent Eye since 2013, where initiatives connect gifted students with leading companies. Additional board memberships include ZOUND INDUSTRIES INTERNATIONAL AB, Ljung & Sjöberg, ETON AB, and RNB Retail and Brands AB, spanning over a decade. Monika's educational background includes an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from McGill University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Teknikum Växjö.
