Matthew Phillips

Matthew Phillips serves as the VP Head of Strategic Advisory Services Eurasia at Diebold Nixdorf since July 2017, leading a team of experts to provide strategic insights and business strategies for financial services providers in the region. Previously, Matthew held various influential positions within Diebold Nixdorf, including Vice President Head of Financial Services for the UK and Ireland, and Vice President of Banking Sales, focusing on business growth and client relationships. Prior experience includes roles as Account Director at Wincor Nixdorf, Torex, and Fujitsu Technology Solutions, where Matthew managed Tier 1 banking and retail accounts, driving strategy and delivering IT solutions. Matthew's career began at Siemens, specializing in new business development and solution design. Matthew holds a BA Hons in Business, French, and German from Anglia Ruskin University.
