Kaelin Birkenhead, SHRM-CP

Kaelin Birkenhead, SHRM-CP has a wealth of work experience. Kaelin began their career in 2013 at Le Pain Quotidien, where they held the roles of Business Partner, Human Resources; Chief of Staff to the Global CEO; Executive Assistant to the Global CEO; and Master Franchise Coordinator. In 2018, they joined Alicart Restaurant Group as Director of Talent Acquisition. In 2019, they moved to Dig as Head of Talent, and then to Le Pain Quotidien again as Chief of Staff, Head of Global People & Culture. Most recently, they have been Chief People Officer and Vice President, People Experience and Culture at Convive Brands since 2021.

Kaelin Birkenhead, SHRM-CP obtained their SHRM-Certified Professional certification from SHRM. They also attended the University at Albany, SUNY.
