Nicol Dwyer is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at Digbeth Dining Club since August 2021. Previous roles include General Manager at Dishoom (August 2020 - August 2021), KERB Food (April 2019 - January 2020), and Grind (May 2018 - April 2019), as well as positions at Street Feast and All Star Lanes. Nicol Dwyer holds an HND in jewellery and silversmithing from the University of Birmingham and a degree in improvisation jazz from the International College of Music.
