Tom Croft

Tom Croft has extensive experience in human resources management. Tom started their career with Rockwell Automation in 1990 as a Manager, leading the HR function for the Global Customer Support and Maintenance business. Tom implemented various HR strategies and practices, including performance management, leadership development, and succession planning. Tom then joined Fortune Brands Water Innovations in 2005, where they held positions such as Director and Senior Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they developed and executed HR strategies supporting global operations and the commercial wholesale business. Tom also improved staffing processes and coached leaders on the sales compensation program. Tom's most recent role was as a Senior Director of Human Resources at DiGeronimo Companies starting in 2023.
