Truly N. has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and people management. Truly currently works as the People & Talent Lead at Digitail, where they oversee various HR processes during the company's series A phase of growth. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Manager at Checkout.com, where they led talent and people initiatives across the Technology organization. Truly also has extensive experience at Gousto, where they worked as a Talent Manager and later as a Talent Acquisition Lead, managing the Technology TA team and overseeing the growth of the Technology team from 60 to over 300 employees. Truly has also worked at Addison Lee, Investigo, Robert Walters, Cielo Talent, Aker Solutions, McDermott International Inc., and Hays, gaining experience in recruitment and talent management across various industries and functions.

Truly N. completed the CIPD Level 5 from Avado in 2024. In 2009, Truly N. achieved Year 1 Completion in Accounting and Finance from Bournemouth University.
