Oscar Trejo-Soria

Oscar Trejo-Soria has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering. Oscar began their professional career with South Texas Soccer Referees in 2010 as a Referee. In 2011, they worked as a Researcher for the Louis Stokes Alliance and later as a Computer Science Tour Guide at Purdue University. In 2012, they joined Stormfront Productions as a Web Developer Intern, where they gained experience in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript.

Moving forward, Oscar secured an internship as a Software Test Engineer at Arxan Technologies in 2012. During their time there, they designed and developed Android native test suites and infrastructure. Oscar also extended the existing infrastructure to support gcc4.

In 2014, they were hired as a Software Engineer at Arxan Technologies and worked on various projects, including implementing new test cases for different platforms and porting existing test programs. Oscar also served as a Scrum Master and led the automation team, coached offshore team members, and contributed to the design of a pytest automation framework.

In 2020, they joined Digital.ai as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for managing test infrastructure, maintaining and updating test cases, and collaborating with engineers to resolve test failures.

Throughout their career, Oscar has demonstrated strong technical expertise and a commitment to improving testing processes and frameworks.

Oscar Trejo-Soria completed their high school education at Nimitz High School from 2006 to 2010, earning a High School Diploma. Oscar then pursued higher education and attended Purdue University from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering. In 2016, Oscar obtained a certification as a Scrum Master SCM from the Scrum Alliance.
