William Montes

William Montes has a diverse work experience spanning from 2001 to 2022.

William began their career as a Sales Manager at TigerDirect.com, where they were responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring a sales contact center staff of over 100 employees. William consistently exceeded top-line and upsell quotas and handled contact center reporting, staffing, scheduling, and workforce management.

In 2012, Montes took on the role of Director of Sales and Operations at TigerDirect, managing an inside sales force of over 200 professionals and directing operations for over 500 SMB and enterprise account managers across ten North America branches. William focused on achieving inside sales goals, P&L management, sales operations, reporting analytics, and modernizing business tools. William also collaborated with cross-functional teams on go-to-market strategy, sales compensation design, workforce management, web-chat, and customer experience.

Montes then joined Coleman Research in 2016 as the Director of Sales Operations. In this position, they oversaw corporate reporting, analytics, and data integrity for sales teams across multiple regions. William managed the migration from SFDC to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, facilitated the adoption and training of CRM, and redesigned corporate analytics and scorecards. William also owned the forecasting for new business and renewals.

From 2018 to 2022, Montes worked at Citrix in various roles. First, as a Sales Leader, they focused on the SMB-MM segment. William then took on the role of WW Revenue Systems & Strategy Leader, where they led revenue systems and strategy initiatives globally.

Most recently, Montes joined Digital.ai in 2022 as the Director of Sales Operations.
