Ian MacDonald

Ian MacDonald currently serves as the Director of Revenue Operations at VGS since July 2022. Prior to this role, Ian was the Head of Revenue Operations at Reggora from October 2021 until July 2022, where responsibilities included automating the residential valuation process at the Boston-based technology company. Earlier experience includes holding the position of Head of Sales Operations & Enablement at Touchplan, Director of Sales Operations at ServiceChannel, Senior Sales Operations Analyst at Oracle, and Senior Sales & Marketing Operations Analyst at Dyn, where Ian contributed to the company's growth prior to its acquisition by Oracle. Ian MacDonald earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of New Hampshire and the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, completing studies in 2011.
