Senior Retoucher And Assistant To Visual Director at Digital Color Concepts

Alejandra Arenas-Fredlund started their work experience in 2006 as a Photography Instructor at Edward Smith Elementary School in Syracuse, NY. From 2007 to 2009, they had various roles, including a Photography Assistant for Doug DuBois and a Photography Instructor & Camp Counselor at Cape Cod Sea Camps. In 2009, they began freelance work as a Photographer and Retoucher for special events, fashion, advertising, and editorial projects. From 2006 to 2009, they also worked as a Studio Manager at Light Work Community Darkrooms, where they scanned film, printed photos, edited digital images, and taught B&W Darkroom Seminars. Alejandra exhibited their photography at Jefferson Cutter House Gallery and Spark Gallery. In 2014, they joined BLANK Digital as a Photo Retoucher, and later became a Retoucher and Assistant to the Creative Director until 2017. Currently, they work at Digital Color Concepts as a Senior Retoucher and Assistant to the Visual Director.

Alejandra Arenas-Fredlund completed their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Art Photography from Syracuse University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. In 2012, they also attended the School of Visual Arts, however, no degree or field of study information is available for this particular educational experience.
