Teri Salmons Bower

Teri Salmons Bower has over 20 years of experience in the consulting industry. Teri began their career in 1992 as a Training Administrator for Coleman Professional Service. In 1998, they became an Independant Consultant, Trainer/Consultant. In 1999, they worked as a Process Improvement Consultant for Synet Service Corporation. In 2001, they worked as a Sr. Consultant for Hunter Group and as a Consultant for Wolcott Systems Group. From 2002 to 2020, they worked as a Principal Consultant for Saba Software and a Principal Business Consultant for Digital Cues. In their role at Digital Cues, Teri utilized their knowledge and understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes to find technology-based solutions to support those processes. Teri also had a record of success leading implementations and managing high-impact projects for enterprise customers.
