Frank Hutto has worked in the DBA field since 1989. Frank began their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Reactor Operator. From 1996 to 1997, they worked as a Quality Inspector for Invacare. Frank then moved on to World Access, Inc. where they held the roles of Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, Repair Sales Manager, and ISO Representative. In 2000, they began working for Advantor Corporation as a Quality Engineer. Frank then moved to Tyco Fire & Security in 2001 as a Quality Engineer. In 2002, they began working for Northrop Grumman as a Quality Engineer T5 (Quality Program Manager). Frank then held the roles of Six Sigma Team Lead and Member (Green Belt then Black Belt) and Radiation Safety Officer. In 2013, they began working for Deltek + TIP Technologies as a Principal Business Consultant and Business Process Consultant and Design Architect.

Frank Hutto, DBA has a comprehensive education history. Frank obtained a Bachelors of Science in Quality Engineering from Kennedy-Western University between 2000 and 2002. Frank then earned a Bachelors from Excelsior University in Nuclear Engineering Technology between 2008 and 2010. After that, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) in Quality Assurance from Southern Polytechnic State University between 2011 and 2013. Frank is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General from Trident University International, which they began in 2018 and is expected to complete in 2022. Additionally, Frank has obtained several certifications from ASQ - World Headquarters, including Certified Six Sigma Green Belt in 2006, Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in 2005, and Certified Quality Engineer and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt in 2008.
