Jotham Chacha

Jotham Chacha is a seasoned professional in human resource management with extensive experience across various organizations focused on health systems and capacity building. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resource Manager at Digital Divide Data since June 2023, Jotham oversees HR business partnership, talent acquisition, and HR analytics. Prior roles include Health Systems Strengthening Advisor at Pathfinder International Kenya, where efforts centered on enhancing access to health services, and Organization Compliance Coordinator for the same organization, focusing on compliance oversight. Previous positions include Human Resource for Health and Capacity Building Advisor at The Palladium Group, Head of Human Resources at the African Agricultural Technology Foundation, Regional Human Resources Capacity Building Advisor at Management Sciences for Health, and Human Resource Manager at CWS/OPE.
