Amruta Gadré-Ruyant has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Amruta started their career as an HR Trax Intern at Microsoft in 2007, where they were involved in project management and diversity-related staffing. Amruta then joined Drake University as a Women's Studies Program Assistant and later as a Cowles Library Student Supervisor.

In 2008, Amruta joined Microsoft Corporation as an HR Manager in the Sales and Marketing Division. Amruta provided end-to-end HR support, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organizational culture development. Amruta also had an international assignment as an HR Business Partner in Munich, Germany.

In 2012, Amruta co-founded Placefactor LLC, and in 2014, they worked as an HR Professional at Turnitin, where they managed benefits administration and provided HR generalist support.

Amruta joined Clever Inc. in 2016, initially as a Senior HR Generalist and later as the Head of People Operations. In this role, they led the People Operations team, overseeing human resources, operations, facilities, security, and office management.

Since 2017, Amruta has been working at Digital Green, progressing from the Head of Global HR and Talent Development to the Global HR and Talent Director. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President Human Resources and Talent, responsible for all aspects of Human Resources and introducing new people-systems to enable growth and scale in different regions.

Overall, Amruta has gained extensive experience in HR management, talent development, and operations, working in both corporate and startup environments.

Amruta Gadré-Ruyant attended Drake University from 2004 to 2008. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Management.
