Arber Kuci

Arber Kuci is an experienced Business Development Manager currently working at Digital Green since March 2023, having previously held similar positions at ME&A, Inc. and Navanti Group. Kuci possesses a strong background in proposal management for large-scale solicitations primarily related to USAID and the Department of State. Earlier roles include Disinformation Researcher at Avaaz, where Kuci monitored extremist movements and authored investigative reports, and Intelligence Analyst, conducting threat assessments for the US Government at Navanti Group. Kuci's career also includes experience in strategic communications with UNDP and research roles at the European Council on Foreign Relations and Kosovar Stability Initiative. Kuci holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Journalism & Mass Communication, and Political Science and International Relations from the American University in Bulgaria.
