Ronda Železný-Green

Ronda Železný-Green, PhD, is a co-founder and director at Panoply Digital Ltd, a women-owned organization focused on ICT solutions for development challenges. With extensive experience across various roles, Ronda serves as an Advisory Council Member for the Digital Impact Alliance at the United Nations Foundation, Chair of the Board of Directors for InnovateHer, and holds positions at Royal Holloway, University of London, as a visiting tutor and honorary research associate. Ronda has also contributed as the Director of Digital Learning at DataDotOrg, where strategic initiatives to engage one million data professionals by 2032 are implemented. Other notable positions include Global Head of Training and eLearning at the Internet Society, and Policy & Regulation Training Delivery Director at GSMA. Ronda holds a PhD in ICT4D from Royal Holloway, University of London, along with multiple degrees in instructional technology, sustainable development, and applied linguistics.
