Rich Mariani SHRM S-CP has a diversified and extensive work experience in human resources. Rich Mariani started their career in 1992 at Marriott International, where they held various accounting, audit, and finance positions until 2003. From 2003 to 2005, Rich Mariani worked as the Director of Recruitment Services at HireStrategy. Rich Mariani then joined Freddie Mac as a Senior Recruiter from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2007, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Grossberg Company LLP, where they were responsible for recruiting, retention, and employee relations. Rich Mariani joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Recruiter in 2008 until 2009, where they led recruiting and human capital strategy planning. Rich Mariani then worked at SRA International as a Senior Recruiter from 2009 to 2011, where they directed recruiting efforts for federal agency clients and the Touchstone Consulting Group. From 2011 to 2012, Rich Mariani worked as a Talent Acquisition Relationship Manager/Recruiter at Aon Hewitt, supporting the partnership with Marriott International. Rich Mariani returned to Marriott International in 2012 as a Human Resources Business Partner in Information Technology, guiding the implementation of HR programs throughout the IT disciplines. From 2016 to 2017, Rich Mariani served as a Human Resources Business Partner at AstraZeneca, where they focused on the discovery, development, and commercialization of prescription medicines. Finally, since 2017, they have been working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Digital Infuzion.

Rich Mariani SHRM S-CP earned an MBA in Management and Organization from the University of Maryland in 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Providence College in 1992. Rich Mariani also graduated from Our Lady of Good Counsel High School. In 2016, they obtained the SHRM S-CP certification from SHRM.
