Mark Spelker

Mark Spelker has over twenty-five years of experience in the financial industry. Mark is currently the CFO at Digital Lending Capital, and they have held previous positions as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Innodata Inc., Partner and National Director of SEC Services at CohnReznick LLP, and Director of Quality Control at Rothstein Kass & Co. PC.

Spelker began their career in public accounting at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1993. Mark quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Senior Manager in the Audit department. In 1997, they left PriceWaterhouseCoopers to join Rothstein Kass & Co. PC as their Director of Quality Control.

In 2000, Spelker joined CohnReznick LLP as a Partner in their Public Company Audit Practice. Mark also founded and led the growth of their Life Sciences audit practice. During their time at CohnReznick, Spelker assumed a critical role as the lead partner for IPOs, follow-on offerings, acquisitions, and reverse merger transactions.

In 2020, Spelker left CohnReznick to join Innodata Inc. as their Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In this role, they lead the vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of corporate finance for Innodata Inc., a publicly-listed provider of business process, technology, data engineering, and consulting services.

Mark Spelker has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Villanova School of Business. Mark also has certification from the State of New Jersey as a Certified Public Accountant.
