Manouk Fransen

Manouk Fransen has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as an Intern at the Operations department of WeShareSolar in 2017. After this, Manouk worked as an Oproepmedewerker Hosting en Promotie at Promotion Partners from July 2016 to October 2017.

In 2017, Manouk became the Chairman of the Board for an international innovation project, where they were responsible for facilitating the process and achieving results. They continued their studies and joined AIHR Academy in 2019 as a Growth Hacker Trainee, responsible for growing social channels, analyzing the website, and creating content.

Manouk worked as a Data Analyst at Digital Power from May 2020 to the present. This fast-growing data consultancy agency specializes in helping organizations with various challenges. Additionally, Manouk had various roles at Digital Power, including Business/Data Analyst at Valk Digital, Web Analyst and Business Analyst at PostNL, CRO Specialist and Growth Lead at Consumentenbond.

Currently, Manouk is working as a Product Owner for CDP Activation via Digital Power at citizenM hotels since 2023.

Manouk Fransen's education history is as follows:

Manouk Fransen started their education at Herbert Vissers College, where they pursued Atheneum in Nature and Technical Science from 2008 to 2014. After completing their high school education, Manouk attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Science, Business and Innovation.

In 2016, Manouk participated in an exchange program at the University of New Brunswick, focusing on the Technology Management and Entrepreneurship track. They obtained a diploma in Technology Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of New Brunswick in September 2016.

In 2017, Manouk pursued further education simultaneously at Erasmus University Rotterdam and Open Universiteit. At Erasmus University, they completed a Master's degree in Management of Innovation from 2017 to 2018. At Open Universiteit, Manouk worked towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, which they completed in 2020.

Furthermore, Manouk expanded their knowledge and skills through various certifications. They obtained certifications in areas such as Professional Scrum Product Owner I from Scrum.org, A/B testing mastery, Applied neuromarketing, BigQuery, and Google Analytics Audit from CXL Institute, among others. Their certification achievements demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
