David Pope

David Pope has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards & People Services at Digital Realty since May 2016. Prior to this role, David was the International Head of Compensation at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included incentive plan design and business partnering. At BlackRock, David held the position of Chief Administrative Officer and Managing Director, overseeing business management for the iShares division and leading multiple teams. Earlier in their career, David was the Global Head of Compensation at Barclays Global Investors, responsible for managing over $1 billion in annual compensation, and served as a Business Finance Officer overseeing significant annual expenses. David holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Golden Gate University.
