Veronika Osterauer

Veronika Osterauer has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Head of Human Resources at Aufzughelden (by Digital Spine) since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Klarna from April 2015 to July 2021 as a Human Resources Manager, and at SOFORT GmbH (A Klarna Group Company) from November 2011 to July 2021, also as a Human Resources Manager. Before joining Klarna, Veronika worked as a Beratermanagement/Freelancer at talknow® from November 2020 to March 2021. Veronika also has experience in the human resources field from their time at diwa Personalservice GmbH, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from April 2007 to November 2011. Additionally, Veronika worked at NetOnNet in various roles including Human Resources, Deputy Store Manager, and Sales from September 2004 to March 2007.

Veronika Osterauer completed their education in a series of programs focused on business and management. From 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Business Coaching and Change Management at EURO FH in Hamburg. Prior to that, they attended the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Munich, earning a Master of Business Management (CCI) of Professional Business Management from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor Professional (CCI) of Trade and Commerce from the same institution between 2005 and 2007. In 2006, they also completed the German Training Exam (Ausbildungsschein) from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Munich.
