Aaron Gani

Aaron Gani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in technology and healthcare innovation. As the Founder and CEO of RealizedCare since April 2016, Aaron focuses on enhancing mental and behavioral healthcare accessibility and cost-effectiveness. In January 2024, Aaron also took on the role of Chair of the Board of Directors for the Digital Therapeutics Alliance, aiming to transform global healthcare through the advancement of digital therapeutics. Previously, Aaron held several senior leadership positions at Humana from 2006 to 2018, including Chief Technology Officer and Enterprise Vice President of Innovation, driving technological advancements and strategic growth within the organization. Aaron's earlier career included roles in risk management and call center operations at Wachovia Corp. and First Union National Bank, among others. Academic qualifications include multiple MBAs from Duke University and a Master's degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University.
