Overview: Internally this position is referred to as Techs Ops Manager . This is a pivotal, high-profile role, reporting directly to the company's SVP of Engineering. You will work closely with the SVP of Engineering and other senior leadership team members to ensure the smooth strategic and operational functioning of the Tech organization, leading major initiatives and projects throughout. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external interfaces on all matters pertaining to the Tech organization.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the end to end management of the company’s cloud solution budget and expenses
  • Manage the overall AOP of the business unit
  • Define work procedures and processes, both internal and external
  • Manage vendors and suppliers, including negotiation, scope, and renewals
  • Engage as a liaison between the Tech organization and other departments within Digital Turbine, including Legal, Finance, Product, Commercial, HR, and Corporate IT
  • Ensure successful planning and execution of the strategic objectives of the Tech organization
  • Develop management dashboards and reporting tools to provide transparency into the work done across the Tech organization
  • Oversee Technical Writing efforts, as well as Tech Ops Specialists and Analysts

About You:

  • BA graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent with a sense of excellence
  • 3+ years of experience in a consultancy or an operational role (e.g. PMO, Business Operations, Chief of Staff, or similar)
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-company processes, preferably in a tech organization
  • Experience with budget management
  • Experience working in a global organization and with global teams
  • Full proficiency in G-suite and other, similar tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, planning, and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills in English, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively
  • Independent, self-learning individual with the ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, work environment
  • Ability to initiate and drive change through influence
  • The position is full-time onsite for a period of 6 - 12 months, with the potential for extension according to business needs
