Sarah O'Neill

Sarah O'Neill began their career in 1999 as an Educator at Hamrahlid College. Sarah then worked at Medcare Inc. from 2000 to 2005 as a Senior Technical Writer, creating user manuals, online help, tutorials, and instructional materials. From 2003 to 2007, they served as the Web and Communications Manager at Embla, overseeing marketing collateral, websites, and subsites for distributors. Sarah then joined BAYADA Home Health Care in 2007 as a Senior Copywriter, leading copy for external marketing and internal communications efforts. In 2012, Sarah transitioned to freelance work as a Senior Writer until 2015. Since then, they have been at Digitas Health, starting as a Lead Creative, Copy from 2015 to 2018, then becoming an Associate Creative Director until 2020, and currently working as a Creative Director.

Sarah O'Neill completed their Bachelor's degree in English Literature at Eastern Michigan University from 1991 to 1995. Sarah then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in the Teaching of English as a Foreign Language from the University of Iceland from 2000 to 2002.
