Michele Beltran

Michele Beltran has been in the software industry since 2002. Michele began their career at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Software Test Engineer/Requirements Analyst for the US Department of Labor (DOL). Michele also served as the Configuration Manager/ISO 9001 Task Lead for the Department of Defense (DoD) Network Operations Warfighting Facility (NOWF). In 2008, they joined Protegus LLC as a Release Manager subcontractor to SAIC on the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) project. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Scrum Master, CSM for Sevatec, Inc. on the USCIS Data and Business Intelligence (DBIS) team. Currently, they are a Project Manager at Dignari, LLC, supporting the CBP Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) project.

Michele Beltran graduated from George Mason University's School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. Michele also holds a Certified Service Manager (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
