Gregg Springan began their career in 2010 as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at Medcenter One. In 2011, they moved to Epic where they held the roles of Nurse Executive, Clinical Informatics Product Manager, Clinical Project Manager, and Process and Relationship Management. In 2022, they started at Diligent Robotics as Head of Clinical Informatics.

Gregg Springan received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary in 2010, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus in Health Systems Management and Nursing Informatics from Loyola University Chicago in 2017.
