Jack Oaks

Jack Oaks has over two decades of experience in the technology and eCommerce sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of eCommerce Development at Dillards since October 2010, Jack Oaks has played a key role in advancing online retail strategies. Prior to this position, Jack Oaks was the Programming Manager at Alltel Information Services from May 1997 to June 1999. Jack Oaks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas, where studies were completed from 1988 to 1991.
