Anne Renkema

Chief Operating Officer at Dimenco

Anne Renkema started their work experience in 2005 at Wolter & Dros, where they analyzed the construction process to improve customer value. Anne then worked at Nelissen ingenieursbureau as a project manager and advisor in installation technology and building physics. From 2009 to 2011, they held roles as a senior project manager at Sygma maatschappelijk vastgoed and as an advisor at Stichting Brede School Nederland. Anne also served as a board member of Alumnivereniging Schoone Leij at TU/e from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Heijmans as a project director and later took on the roles of project manager, BDM manager, and tender manager, responsible for tenders and DFMO projects in utility construction. In 2015, they joined Philips Lighting as the Director Of Operations and later became the Head of Customer Projects and BDM manager. In 2019, they moved to Signify, where they held the positions of Directeur operations, overseeing the global rollout of 3D printed luminaires, and I2M director, responsible for new product development. Currently, they are the Chief Operating Officer at Dimenco, starting in 2022.

Anne Renkema attended the Eindhoven University of Technology from 2003 to 2006, where they earned an ir degree in Building Services Engineering. During the same period, they also pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. Prior to that, they studied at the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1998 to 2002, completing a bachelor's degree in Werktuigbouwkunde. Before their time at the university, Anne attended Minkema from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a HAVO degree. Additionally, in October 2018, they obtained a certification in Finance for non-financial managers from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam.
