Huub Van Kuringen has had three main work experiences. Huub started their career at Bender Analytical Holding B.V. / Radboud University Nijmegen in September 2011 as a Research & Development Project Manager. Huub then moved on to TU/e Department Chemical Engineering & Chemistry, Functional Organic Materials & Devices in April 2012, where they served as a PhD-candidate (aio) until April 2016. During this time, they focused on nanoporous polymer adsorbents based on smectic liquid crystals, studying and controlling the phase behavior of liquid crystalline monomer mixtures, and optimizing the manufacturing process of nanoporous polymer thin films. Finally, in 2016, they joined Dimenco as a Process Development Engineer. The specific dates for their role at Dimenco are not provided.

Huub Van Kuringen completed their education in a chronological manner. Huub first attended Fontys Hogeschool Eindhoven from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Chemistry, Material Science, and Chemical Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering & Chemistry, specializing in Polymers & Composites at Eindhoven University of Technology from 2008 to 2011. Finally, they furthered their education at the same institution, Eindhoven University of Technology, from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Material Science.
