Meisam Yousefzadeh

Meisam Yousefzadeh has extensive work experience in the field of computer vision and engineering. Meisam currently holds the role of Computer Vision Engineer/Product Manager at Dimenco since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Computer Vision Field Engineer at PTC in 2019. From 2018 to 2019, Meisam was employed as a Computer Vision Engineer at twnkls | augmented reality. Meisam also served as a Research and Development Specialist at GloBLD from 2016 to 2018.

Meisam's career began in 2002 as Responsible of Survey Engineering Works at Kanazin Co., where they gained experience in land surveying, data analysis, and image processing. Meisam then served as an Academic Staff member at Azad University of Zanjan, where they lectured on various geomatics subjects.

In 2014, Meisam pursued a Professional Doctorate of Engineering at 3D GeoSolutions Co. and The University of Twente. During this time, they developed a program for building description extraction and energy simulation.

In 2011, Meisam conducted research and development at the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC) of the University of Twente. Meisam'swork focused on automating building modeling and utilized statistical analysis and semantic knowledge of buildings.

Earlier in their career, Meisam worked as a researcher at the University of Tehran, focusing on satellite image analysis and developing methods for satellite image ortho-rectification using ancillary data.

Meisam Yousefzadeh has a diverse educational background in engineering and technology. Meisam completed their Professional Doctorate of Engineering (PDEng) in Construction Management at the University of Twente from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their MSc in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing from the University of Tehran, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Meisam also holds a BSc in Survey Engineering from the University of Tehran, which they acquired from 1997 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Meisam has obtained several certifications to enhance their knowledge and skills. Meisam earned the "RPA, AI, and Cognitive Tech for Leaders" certification from LinkedIn in February 2021. Meisam is also a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, having completed the certification offered by Microsoft in July 2020. Meisam obtained the "Azure: Understanding the Big Picture" certification from LinkedIn in July 2019. Furthermore, Meisam is certified as a Scrum Master by the International Scrum Institute™, which they achieved in February 2018.
