Patrick Peeters has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Patrick started their career as a Development Engineer and Consultant at PGE B.V., where they worked on various electrochemistry, lithography, and etching processes. Patrick also played a crucial role in the development of a successful electroplating process. Later on, they joined Philips OM&T as a Senior Development Engineer, where they were responsible for the development of BD stamper technology. Patrick also worked on multidisciplinary optical disc development projects. Subsequently, they joined OM&T B.V., a continuation of Philips OM&T, as a Senior Development Engineer. Besides working on optical disc technology, they also focused on light management technology in OLEDs. After that, they joined Lumiteq B.V. as a Senior Development Engineer, which was a continuation of OM&T B.V. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Development Engineer at Dimenco, where they are involved in the development of manufacturing processes for 3D switchable technology.

Patrick Peeters earned a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology. Patrick attended the university from 1988 to 1995.
