Before joining Dine Brands, Adrian was the Director of Training and Implementations at Bypass POS, leading extensive training projects in major sports venues. Earlier career experiences include improving organizational performance at Krispy Kreme as Manager of Training Systems and Organizational Development and establishing a learning department at the Alabama State Port Authority. Adrian earned a Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Alabama.
