Mads Kaa Schou Nielsen

Mads Kaa Schou Nielsen has had a diverse work experience. Mads started working at Dinex Group in 2017 as a Student Worker in Supply Chain and later became a Supply Chain Intern. In 2019, they became the Group Supply Chain Manager OEM, responsible for managing Dinex's OEM division and implementing the Global S&OP process. Mads also worked with the SC internship program, bringing new value and ideas to the business. In 2022, they took on the role of CSCO at Dinex, where they are responsible for the global supply chain function and managing the global S&OP processes. In addition, Mads served as a Project Management Guide at Syddansk Universitet from October to December 2018.

Mads Kaa Schou Nielsen's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, which they pursued from 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering in Global Management and Manufacturing from the Faculty of Engineering, University of Southern Denmark, where they studied from 2015 to 2019. Before entering university, Mads completed their STX degree with a focus on Biotechnology, Mathematics, and Physics at Varde Gymnasium from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Mads spent a year as an exchange student at Elida High School in 2011, where they studied English.
