Lindsay Callahan

Lindsay Callahan has an extensive career at Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, starting as a Service Manager in March 2009 and progressing to roles including Bar Manager and Catering Director. Since July 2014, Lindsay has served as Managing Partner while also holding the position of Service Director. Lindsay's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Women's Studies from the State University of New York at Oswego, completed between 1998 and 2003, and a high school diploma from Aquinas Institute High School, earned in 1998.
