Jad Dib is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food research, development, and management. Currently serving as Executive Savoury Chef & Innovation at dipndip since February 2020, Jad is responsible for developing food items, creating manuals for franchises, costing, and training kitchen staff across 170 locations. In addition, Jad operates Dib Consultancy, providing food consultancy services, including research, development, and training for hotels and restaurants.
