Mike De La Cruz

Mike De La Cruz is the current CEO at Directly. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Sales at arago GmbH from October 2017 to December 2018. At arago, they were responsible for the company's sales operations in North America and played a key role in doubling the client base and growing bookings eight-fold.

From January 2011 to April 2017, Mike De La Cruz was the VP, Application Services - Global Delivery at Hewlett-Packard. In this role, they turned around several stagnating assets and generated over $2 billion in annual recurring revenue. Mike also restored profitability and "stopped the bleed" by repurposing new software assets. Their innovative strategies revitalized a $5 billion application services enterprise and met their ambitious goal of transforming global delivery into an industry-leading growth engine.

Mike De La Cruz has a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory from Yale University and an MBA with a Concentration in General Management from Harvard Business School.
