Dana Freeman

Dana Freeman has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dana started their career in 1987 at Infinium Software, where they held various positions and contributed to its growth. Dana then co-founded Clearview Software, an internet start-up, and later became the President of the company. In 1999, Dana joined HRchitect, where they served as the President and CEO, leading the executive team and managing successful client engagements. Dana then worked at Deploy Solutions as the Vice President of Product Management, leading a team in developing and launching talent optimization products. After that, they worked at Salary.com as the Vice President, first managing the platform product team and later leading cross-functional teams in designing and launching innovative products. Subsequently, they served as the Vice President of Development at PeopleStrategy, a privately held software provider. Dana then worked as an independent consultant, providing management consulting services. From 2012 to 2015, Dana held the position of Vice President of Product Marketing at HighRoads, a venture-backed provider of benefits management solutions. Currently, they are the Chief Product Officer at DirectPath, where they guide employees to make better healthcare decisions through individualized education and expert assistance.

Dana Freeman attended the University of Maine from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
