Aziz Almuhawwis

Aziz Almuhawwis has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Aziz is currently serving as the Director of Strategic Delivery at Diriyah Gate Development Authority since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the positions of Associate Director and Senior Manager at the same company. Before joining Diriyah Gate, they worked as the Program Management Office Manager at The Helicopter Company from October 2019 to November 2020. From August 2017 to October 2019, they were the PMO & Engineering Department Manager at TAQNIA for Robotics and Smart Systems. Aziz also worked as a System Engineer at Sonus from October 2014 to June 2017. In addition, they gained valuable experience as a Student at Loyola Marymount University from January 2013 to December 2014. Aziz started their career at Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) in various roles, including Project Management Associate in 2008, Management Training Associate in 2006, and Intern in 2005.

Aziz Almuhawwis holds a Master's of Major Program Management degree from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, which they obtained from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Systems Engineering and Leadership at Loyola Marymount University from 2013 to 2014. Aziz also holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from King Saud University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In addition, Aziz has obtained various certifications such as Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2021, PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2020. Aziz has also acquired other certifications in different fields over the years.
