Neil Taylor

Neil Taylor has an extensive background in sports performance and development, currently serving as the Para Athletics Coordinator at Welsh Athletics Limited since January 2022 and as the Performance Pathway Senior Officer for Disability Sport Wales since September 2020. Prior positions include Performance Pathway Projects Officer at Disability Sport Wales, Performance Advisor MAT Cover at Sport Wales, and Performance Manager at Weightlifting Wales. Additionally, Neil Taylor has a long tenure with the Rugby Football Union as an International Performance Strength and Conditioning Coach and Elite Strength and Power Coach. Early career experiences include serving as an Academy Strength and Conditioning Coach at Worcester Warriors RFC and a Development Officer at Scope, complemented by an athletic career with Welsh Weightlifting. Education was completed at Brookfield.
