Venky Muthiah

Venky Muthiah is the VP of Product at Discern.io. Venky has over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in product management, business analysis, and solution architecture.

Venky began their career at IHS Markit in 2008 as a Business Analyst Lead and Product Owner for Markit Trade Manager. In this role, they were responsible for requirements gathering, product demonstrations, and training for clients. Venky also advised client-facing teams on product strategy and execution. In 2014, they were promoted to Director of Product Management for KY3P. In this role, they led a team of product managers and business analysts in the development and rollout of a new KY3P product.

In 2018, Venky left IHS Markit to join Charles River Development as a Product Manager for Collateral Management. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end delivery of collateral management solutions for Buyside firms. This role was significantly client facing and required him to deliver product demonstrations and training, perform workshops with clients, present products at client conferences, and advise client-facing teams.

Venky is currently the VP of Product at Discern.io. In this role, they are responsible for the overall product strategy and execution for the company.

Venky Muthiah graduated with a B.E in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
