Lod Hayes, M.A. has a diverse educational background that spans multiple fields. In 2005, Lod graduated from Pineville High School with a High School Diploma, specializing in a Biology focus. In 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of Louisiana Monroe, which they completed in 2009. Continuing their education, Lod then attended Louisiana Tech University from 2009 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Wanting to further their knowledge in the field, Lod pursued a Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at Louisiana Tech University from 2012 to 2013. Currently, Lod is engaged in professional development as they pursue an Administration Certification in Salesforce at Trailhead by Salesforce, which they anticipate completing between 2020 and 2022.
