Jackie Koch is the Founder of People Principles, a company that provides Fractional Recruiting & People Operations services for high growth businesses. Jackie specializes in scaling teams from 0 - 75 employees.

Before starting their own company, Jackie worked as the Head of People & Culture at Lumi, where they were the first HR hire and played a crucial role in building out the people operations and talent acquisition function. Lumi is a packaging supply chain marketplace acquired by Narvar.

Prior to Lumi, Jackie worked as a Manager of Talent Acquisition at Chef'd, a meal-kit delivery startup based in LA, which was later acquired by True Food Innovations.

Jackie also worked as a Manager of People Operations at Managed by Q, an office management marketplace and platform based in NYC. Managed by Q was acquired by WeWork.

Earlier in their career, Jackie worked as an Assistant Manager at lululemon, an HR Generalist at Polaris Industries, and as a National Recruiter at Volt Workforce Solutions, where they started as an intern and became a leader and subject matter expert of their first national recruiting model.

Jackie Koch has a BBA degree in Business and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Jackie also holds an MBA degree in Business from Concordia University-St. Paul. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Personal Training from NETA - National Exercise Trainers Association, in Professional in Human Resources from SHRM, in Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Volt Workforce Solutions, and in Train the Trainer from MHI Global.
