Beth Randall

Beth Randall has been Director of Employee Experience & Engagement at Discovery Behavioral Health since June 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at the same company from August 2014 to June 2020. Before joining Discovery Behavioral Health, they worked as Director of Human Resources at Columbia Medical Associates, LLC from March 2004 to June 2014.

Beth Randall has a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Eastern Washington University. Beth also holds certifications as a SHRM-SCP from SHRM, obtained in 2015, and as a SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in 2012.
